Connecticut Child Support and arrearage Guidelines

The "Guidelines" support amounts may or may not apply to you and your family.  Whether or not they apply to you and your family, the definitions, inclusions, and exclusions will apply.  Moreover, even if they do not apply, you will need to know the range of support that will apply.  A quick read will provide some insight into your rights and obligations.  

GALs and AMCs provide an invaluable service; however, their roles are often times misunderstood. This primer answers some basic questions about who they are and what they do.  

If you have a child or children and get divorced in Connecticut, you MUST take one of these courses.  This brochure provides some of the basics of the course.  More importantly, it lists the approved providers and their contact information.
